The live store is activated only after VantaRaid is connected to its real Tebex catalog.
Checkout provider
Purchases are processed through Tebex when the VantaRaid store is enabled. VantaRaid does not accept card details directly through this portal.
Before purchasing
Read the live package description, price, duration and eligibility shown at checkout. The website intentionally does not display invented prices or claim delivery for packages that have not been linked to a real Tebex package ID.
Delivery issue
If a successfully completed purchase does not deliver the described server benefit, create a Support ticket and provide the transaction reference and your Steam identity. Do not submit complete card numbers or banking credentials.
Refunds, disputes and cancellations
Eligibility and processing are governed by the terms presented by Tebex and any mandatory consumer law that applies to the transaction. For recurring products, cancellation affects future billing according to the checkout terms.
Moderation
A purchase does not provide immunity from the server rules. Moderation of an account for rule violations does not itself change the payment-provider terms that applied to the purchase.
