What this portal processes

Public game statistics can include a Steam64 identifier, in-game display name, playtime, kills, deaths, gathering totals, timestamps and server-event data supplied by the VantaRaid statistics pipeline.

When you create a support ticket or ban appeal, the portal processes the information you submit, such as email address, display name, Steam64 identifier, subject and message.

Technical security logs may contain request timestamps, IP addresses, user-agent data and administrative audit records for a limited operational period.

Purchases

VantaRaid does not ask this portal to store payment card numbers. Store checkout and payment processing are performed through the configured Tebex service. Tebex has its own privacy and payment terms.

Cookies and administration

The public site does not require a VantaRaid account. Protected administration uses secure, HTTP-only authentication cookies and, where required, multi-factor authentication. Administrative actions are logged for security and accountability.

Why data is used

Data is used to operate the game community, display statistics, moderate abuse, answer support requests, secure the website, investigate incidents and maintain the server.

Retention and requests

Retention should be limited to what is reasonably necessary for the purpose and legal obligations. Requests concerning access, correction or deletion can be submitted through the Support page. Some server-security or transaction records may need to be retained where legally or operationally required.

Children

VantaRaid does not intentionally request unnecessary personal information from children. Players should use online services and purchases only where they are legally permitted to do so and with any parental authorization required in their jurisdiction.
